It's time for April showers, and here at Mox it's going to be raining cats and dogs! This month, we're highlighting games featuring our feline and canine friends, with a 10% discount on select board game titles featuring our animal friends. As you try out and play these games, keep in mind that April 30th is National Adopt a Shelter Pet Day, so if you could use some cuddly companionship in your life, give it a thought or two! Here's some of the titles we'll be featuring this month:

Forever Home

1-5 Players | Ages 8+ | 30-45 min

Combining set collection, drafting, and tile placement, in Forever Home you are a shelter worker. You take in dogs, train them to behave, and match the dogs with families that will be a good fit for their personality. Earn shelter commendations to gain a reputation as the best shelter worker, either in the normal game, solo mode, or advanced mode!

Dog Park

1-4 Players | Ages 10+ | 45-90 min

Dog Park places you in the role of a dog walker, trying to earn the reputation as the best dog walker in the neighborhood. You need to add pups to your kennel, walk them all through the park, and plan your routes to not get blocked by other dog walkers along the way! Who knew just walking your dogs could be so strategic?

Boop

2 Players | Ages 10+ | 15-30 min

There's only so much room on the bed, and every time you put a kitten on the bed, it boops every other kitten one space farther down. If you can line up three of your kittens in a row, they become cats, and if you can get three of them lined up you win! Herding cats is easier said than done, of course, even if it is adorable in the process.

Cat Lady

2-4 Players | Ages 8+ | 15-30 min

This game puts you in the role of an Elite Cat Lady, ranging from Marie Antoinette to Ernest Hemingway (anyone can be a Cat Lady at heart)! In this card drafting game you collect cats, toys, catnips costumes and more, but you have to make sure that you collect enough food to feed all your feline friends. Collect happy cats to have the most victory points at the end of the game and win!

Dog Lover

2-4 Players | Ages 10+ | 30-45 min

This game is a competition to see who can take the best care of their dog! You rescue them from a shelter, feed them, train them, and give them bones and treats to show them how much you cherish them. Whoever's dog feels the most love at the end wins!
