You can handle the whole process from home, or better yet, your couch. Do you need a game by game night tonight, but don't have time to get to the store to grab it? Never fear, Mox is here to save the day. You probably have some questions about the process so let's get those answered. 

How does Same Day Local Delivery work? 

Same Day Local Delivery is an option for guests within 10 miles of a Mox Boarding House location. Those guests can choose to receive their products via courier service powered by Uber. Just add the items you'd like to your cart, select "Same Day Delivery" at checkout, and your order will be delivered ASAP!

Please note that Same Day Local Delivery is only available until 9PM each day; Orders placed after 9PM will have delivery scheduled when the store is next open. 

Delivery fees for Same Day Local Delivery are nonrefundable once the order has been confirmed and picked up by a driver. You'll receive a notification by email and SMS once their order has been collected for delivery. We recommend placing your Same Day Local Delivery Order with a registered account. This allows you to view the current tracking information for your driver from your Same Day Delivery page in your Account Details.

How much is Same Day Local Delivery? 

Our Same Day Local Delivery service is a flat fee of $15 to deliver to any address within the 10 mile service area of the store.

How can I check if I'm in range for Same Day Local Delivery? 

Our Same Day Local Delivery service is powered by Uber, and uses the Uber route planning algorithm to determine eligible addresses. From the View Cart screen, you can enter in your address to the Same-Day Delivery checker to see if your address is within the delivery range of your selected Mox location.
