Sous Chef You are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the back-of-house in the restaurant, under the Head Chef. In addition, you help train and coach the team, and improve the entire kitchen process. By “Leading from the front,” you champion Mox values.
Cook You’re handling daily preparation of orders, as well as keeping everything clean and organized. Furthermore, you are committed to making sure customers get exactly what they ordered and have the best experience possible. You make sure that everything we serve is up to our excellent standards and delivered in a timely manner.
Kitchen Prep/Dishwashers This is an essential role to Mox’s operations, responsible for maintaining a consistent level of clean dishes and glassware to an industry-leading standard. You provide direct support to both front and back of house operations.
Restaurant Support You work during our peak hours, providing support to both the front and back of house operations. Pivoting between hosting, expediting, and floor support, you have excellent self-motivation, communications, and prioritization skills.
Servers In this role, you interact with customers directly, delivering an exceptional customer service experience. You have in-depth knowledge of the food we make and our delicious beers and wines. Guests turn to you for advice on what food they should order and beverages that will pair with their meal. You also recommend fun board games for a complete Mox experience.
Bartender As the bartender, you are responsible for preparing and executing all beverages and components including craft cocktails, draft beer and cider, wine, and espresso drinks. Not only that, but you are a valuable member of the team and are customer-facing, so you will have a direct impact on the customer experience at Mox.
Retail Associate A love of games and community is essential. You are the person through which guests experience Mox Boarding House. Responsible for helping people find the perfect game for their interests and mood, as well as focusing on developing the community at our store.
